Hotel is brand new inside the rooms and outside with a perfect view of the sea from balcony and a lot of free parking at the front of hotel. 10 minutes from bunec beach,40 minutes from Saranda ,20 minutes from Borsh and qeparo. Very peaceful place just in main road. Breakfast was amazing made from the owner. Beautiful sunset in the terrace outside. This is a family owned business who live in US give them love . I enjoyed and I will definitely comeback. Wish them a lot of luck.

Staff is really nice and welcoming. Coffee os excellent. Beach is really good and right in front of it. Really relaxing and quiet place .No crowd. Clear sea. Parking is spacious and free of charge.
The view was amazing, available parking, clean and comfortable room, decent value for money but the absolute best part about this place is the hospitality of grandma Flora. She did everything she could to make us comfortable and even though she did not speak perfect English, she always was able to communicate with us easily. Breakfast was homemade and super tasteful. Such a kind and caring human being, Flora was the highlight of our stay.
It was clean, The owner was very comunicative. The location is good, even if it is on the main road, the cars is not a problem. it have a parking. A good taverna is just few seconds away
It is 50 metres from the beach, parking in front of the place and a garden to relax. The staff are friendly and helpful. They also have breakfast and meals at good value. The bedroom is good for short stays. Recommend it!
