A stay that I won't forget in a hurry and a magical place. I booked this for myself and my best friend to celebrate her birthday and it was an unforgettable 2 days.
The hotel isn't the most modern or up to date - we learnt it's been there for 45 years! - but that's why it's so amazing because it has history, has character and has a real warmth to it. The staff match up to this energy and were exceptional - we experienced some of the best customer service we've ever had in the UAE. I'd like to personally mention the following staff as they really made our experience and time whilst at the JA - Chandran the pool waiter, Deborah, Ayesha at the front desk and Danish and Yethou in the restaurant for dinner.
The room was so comfortable, spacious, very clean and had the most amazing view of Hatta and the mountains. It was breathtaking.
The restaurant and the food was honestly 5* in our opinion - the quality, the service, the variety; everything. Everything we ate was of the highest quality and they were extremely accommodating and understanding for my dietary requirements as I am a non-dairy eater (which FYI is RARE...!)
I can't rave enough about the hotel and our stay. We went during the week so it was quiet which was really nice and the price and budget was more than reasonable - borderline too good to be true. If you're looking to stay somewhere in Hatta I can't recommend the JA enough.
Thank you to the entire staff and everyone who made our stay for my best friend so special with the small touches and just generally for making our time at the JA so memorable. We will 10000% be back.
