Very clean and spacious rooms. Added bonus with a Waffle House next door! Very quiet, not a bunch of nonsense and sketchy people. This is the BEST place to stay in Hot Springs!

Everything - an exceptional house, in a really nice area of Hot Springs, with attentive hosts. The photos on the site do not do it justice. It was a major plus on our stay.

Super cute!!! Trendy updated studio condo that was great. VERY clean, just as pictured. Added touch of coffee, creamer, sugar, & few snacks were the best! We were in #2 which still had lake view from balcony. We will stay here again as we travel to Hot Springs several times a month.

The only Motel 6 in the US that has a fantastic view, Lake Hamilton is nearby. Feels like staying in a lodge. Quiet and safe location, comfy bed, nice room with balcony. Hot Springs NP is just a short ride away. Extremely nice check in, had a lovely chat with night manager Mr. Hensley, who was very kind and helpful.

The staff was super helpful. We had no idea what to do apart from Hot Springs National park, and we got great recommendations that significantly improved our stay in Arkansas. The breakfast was also really good.

The room was spacious. The staff were lovely. Easy parking right by the room & plenty of food options nearby. Short drive into Hot Springs.

The Arlington has a fantastic location and is visually a feast. It oozes history and sums up Hot Springs. Rooms were spotlessly clean and exceptionally comfortable large beds. Breakfast was good and staff helpful.
