The location was great with easy access to the bus and light rail which we took each day to go exploring. We would love to have visited Shalun Beach, but I couldn't get my question across to the Reception Staff about where are the places of interest to travel to. But it just showed me I should have done more research before hand.

The hotel location is really good. It's near the train station, bus station and there are lots of nice food (including vegan options) around. Hotel is very clean and the room is spacious.
We recently stayed at City Suites in Taoyuan for a transit night and were delighter. The hotel's location is great, making it a convenient choice for travelers in Taoyuan. The room furniture was very clean and comfy, contributing to a comfortable stay. Overall cleanliness was top-notch, and the efficiency and professionalism of the staff were commendable.
