This was a fantastic, traditional ryokan experience. The building and rooms were beautiful. Robes were provided and we enjoyed the large family area in our room for relaxing with our whole family. The public bath was amazing & though we were hesitant to use it bc of our Western culture of privacy, I am so glad we didn’t miss the opportunity. The staff were welcoming and serving.
