Overall a nice stay especially for considering the price. Breakfast is exceptionally good again considering the price. Public bath is awesome. Very nice welcome bar for tasting different kinds of Japanese sake. The idea of choosing your own pillow is also very highly praised.

The breakfast and dinner buffets had a wide range of varieties of delicious food and staff at the restaurants were very friendly. We stayed for 3 days and they introduced a new dish for dinner on each day. The open-air onsen was wonderful. For the daily use of onsen and 2 meals a day, I think it’s value for money.

I stayed for 4 days and fully enjoyed the hot spring and spa services, which are reasonably priced. The location is great, walking distance to the station and plenty restaurants.

My wife found that she left the earrings at our room after we left the hotel, communicated online with the customer service, they found the earrings immediately and sent to next hotel of us by express delivery with fast response, thank you ☺️
