We arrived late on the day we checked in and they were super accommodating. I’ve travelled a lot around the world and I’ve never stayed in a place so beautiful. The room was spectacular: it was very large with divisions separating each room, super well maintained, very warm and comfortable as we were staying in the winter, huge private garden, and the private onsen was a highlight. The staff were lovely and kind. The Japanese breakfasts were delicious. Would highly recommend to anyone who comes to Kanazawa!

Man what a great bath this place has. I read another comment saying the bath didn't meet their expectations from the pictures. I don't know what they're talking about. It was amazing on the men's side with both an indoor and outdoor bath. Other stuff was pretty typical of hotels of this grade, but great nonetheless.
