We were upgraded to a room with a private onsen. The place was clean, staff members were kind, helpful, and very hospitable. Although communication was challenging they tried very hard to answer every question we had, which were many (highly appreciate the guy attending to dinner!)
We loved the complimentary roasted green tea and wanted to buy some for souvenir but they didnt sell it. Instead they gave us 5 sachets as souvenir, much appreciated!
Would come back if we have a chance.8

It’s my first time staying in a hot spring hotel, and it’s also my partner’s first time experiencing a hot spring bath. Everything is perfect—the room, the view, the food, and the staffs are very friendly. We regretted only staying for one night; we tried to extend for one more night, but they were fully booked. Definitely will go there again next year.

Excellent Dinner and Breakfast. All inclusive drinks. Private Onsen/Hot spring was amazing. Staff were very accommodating and the Cherry blossom in full bloom along the nearby river was a huge bonus. Excellent artworks throughout the property

Great staff service, room was big and have a drying heating rack for clothes, sofa to lounge in. Our room was facing the mountain with 2 hammocks to laze in and enjoy the great view snowing. Hotel shuttle bus reservation required to pick us up from Sakunami train station.
Also, many Onsen baths within the hotel premises, both outdoors and indoors.

Featuring traditional Japanese hot springs known as ‘onsen’, these hotels allow you to take a relaxing soak in therapeutic geothermal waters. Traditionally, onsens were located outdoors but a number of hotels also offer indoor facilities for private or shared use. The healing properties of each onsen will vary depending on its location, with ‘kuroyu’ black water known for its positive effects on skin.
The onsen and the breakfast were the best of this hotel. Also you get provided with a lot of little extras to make your stay more comfortable and nicer.
Good transit place (day trip to Ginzan Onsen). Close to JR Station with nearby restaurants and AEON (just in front hotel). The public onsen is nice. Will recommend others.
The room is very clean and we were provided with plenty of amenities (you even get to choose your own pillow). The onsen looks very new and clean. I had a great stay.
It was a spacious property, and it feels significant. The onsen was the star of the show, and we were really pleased. The traditional breakfast was included as well, and we were really excited for it!
The hotel was very clean. The onsen was hot and relaxing, and all amenities were provided including toothbrush, towels, shaving kit, etc. The breakfast was also great and had many options. We came and went by car so it was convenient enough for us but I can’t speak to how the public transportation was for this area. I did spot a train station within walking distance of the hotel.
