It was close to Mount Fuji with a great view from the hotel room. The room itself was spacious with a comfortable bed. The hotel also offered the chance to go to the hot springs during the stay for free. The express hotel bus was great to get from Tokyo to Mount Fuji or transfer between Mount Fuji station or Mishima to the hotel.

The room was quite nice and big, and the location was close enough to the Fuji Q train station and Fuji Q Highland. The staffs were very helpful, they even helped me to book for a bus ride to Shinjuku as the entire website was in Japanese.

After the initial hiccup with the booking, the overall stay at this place was one of the memorable moments of our Japan trip.
The house we stayed in was nestled in the forest, surrounded by trees all around. It is far away from the town yet close enough for a quick dash if you need something.
The house itself was self sufficient with all the modern amenities.
Absolutely loved our stay there, it is highly recommend. We’ll certainly like to go there again.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, right by the lake with beautiful views of Mt. Fuji. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved the variety each morning.
A special thanks to the owner and the staff for their incredible hospitality. They went above and beyond, offering to drop us at the station and even pick us up if needed—especially helpful with a toddler. Their kindness made our trip so much easier and enjoyable. We’re really grateful and can’t wait to come back!

It was absolutely exquisite. The facilities were stunning. The staff were fantastic and very welcoming. The 10 course dinner was incredible.
The hot tub was appreciated after hiking up Mt. Fuji
Featuring traditional Japanese hot springs known as ‘onsen’, these hotels allow you to take a relaxing soak in therapeutic geothermal waters. Traditionally, onsens were located outdoors but a number of hotels also offer indoor facilities for private or shared use. The healing properties of each onsen will vary depending on its location, with ‘kuroyu’ black water known for its positive effects on skin.
Absolutely everything. The couple who own the place are so friendly and accommodating, they made us feel very welcome. We rented a yukata each for a very reasonable price, used the massage chair and private onsen. The value for money was incredible! We also had a lovely breakfast in a beautiful Japanese room. The whole experience felt very authentic and it’s great we could do that with young children.
The room that we stayed was fantastic. It is located at level 8 with a full view of Mt Fuji including a private onsen. The room is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The half board dinner is superb with excellent quality.
Beautiful ryokan experience. There was different options for Yukata and kimono rentals for the entire stay. Loved the wine bar. Booked a room with private onsen. The weather wasn’t great, but would have had a nice view if the weather was better.
I had hot spring onsen in my room. The taiko performance was so good. The hot spring bath in the top floor with views to mount Fuji at the dawn was definitely a highlight in my trip.
Room was amazing - large with Fuji view.
Very clean.
Large and comfortable beds.
We used the private Onsen - amazing.
Close to FujiQ Highland amusement park and hotel guests can enter the park before the rest of the visitors which saves a lot of time waiting in lines.
Excellent service from the time you get off the coach, cannot fault. Entertainment was good, so was the bingo. Dinner in our room was delicious and each course well presented. Private onsen was great given I am not comfortable with the public ones. The tea garden is immaculately kept and it was wonderful to soak my tired feet in the hot spring foot bath there. Breakfast was well catered for and there was plenty to choose from. All in all I highly recommend this accommodation.
