Novotel Roma Est has a restaurant, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar in Rome. 6 km from Via Nomentana and 9 km from Porta Maggiore, the property features a shared lounge and a garden. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. The hotel is well kept, and the staff was friendly. The swimming pool was a blast, although keep in mind that the building casts a shadow over it for most of the morning therefore the water can be very cold.
Location was actually good. We loved apartment structure and we didn’t encounter any cleaning issue. Everything was enough according to price/performance balance.
Interesting location, excellent breakfast, huge room with own roof terrace (‘the best room in our hotel’ according to the desk clerk - although I had not asked for this. One can see the cupola of St. Peter’s from one of the windows.
Nice clean room, good continental breakfast, very friendly & accommodating staff. Be sure to ask them for their recommendations as they will point you to good restaurants according to whatever it is that you fancy to eat. They will even make a reservation on your behalf :)

Location was very close to Vatican. Breakfast was large consisting pastries, sandwiches and coffee-tasty and was able to order to room. Outstanding value. Better in person compared to pictures. Victoria was amazing! She and team tended to our every need. You get more than you pay for. Obviously, you need to be mindful of what you pay and align your expectations accordingly. Incredible value relatively.
The staff was so friendly and helpful with all our needs. The price is nice according with the accommodation and facilities.
We felt like we were at home. The breakfast was very good. We had many choices. There was warm croissant everyday and we were able to cook omelette according to our taste. This was important for us because we have a three year old kid. We didn't think of how to feed her. The host Mustafa is very kind, caring and helpful. He welcomed us with a kind gesture and left us to the bus stop when we returned. I would definitely come to his place in my next Rome visit.
The owner is very friendly and helpful. We were met at 9 pm. The location of the apartment is excellent. It is +-500 m from the train station, tram, and bus stops. The city can be reached on foot in +-30 min. The apartment is cozy, clean, and safe. It has all the kitchen utensils, dryer, iron, etc. that are necessary for a couple of nights' stay. The beds are comfortable, with a few pillows to choose from according to firmness. Cozy, private terrace. We liked it very much, we recommend it if you want good value for money :)
My parents, who do not speak any foreign language, were staying in the accommodation. Claudia was incredibly helpful. The accommodation was amazing according to my parents, everything was new and clean. Great location from where it is very close to the sights. Claudia regularly asked if everything was ok, advised where to restaurant, where the best ice cream was etc. Great accommodation which I can only recommend.
Very friendly father and daughter-hosts, perfect according to agreement. These people were so kind to wait for us in the middle of the night at Easter ! The rooms were very clean, the kitchen well equiped and the location area is very nice. Congrats Danielle and thank you !! Filip and kids.
