Everything was absolutely wonderful - hosts, space, eguipment, grill, peace, breakfast, sauna :)) We simply did not miss a thing. Only thing that beds were bit too soft for our taste and one double bed was small but according to the description
Very clean, as all Novotel hotels very cozy and good choice. We had normal beds (not sofa) in the room for 4.
The bar staff was extremely friendly and kind. Always smiling and very helpful. Room was ok, I have been to better Novotels. Bathroom was clean
It was easy to check in,I received the instructions in time and the location was not far from the subway,I walked there and found it easily. The concept it's cute and my room had even shoes and bags according to the theme.The room was big enough and it had everything necessary.There were snacks in the kitchen for sale and the kitchen and bathroom were clean.
Connection with Novotel was good. Me and my friend we were able to work from the lobby and the WiFi was very good and stable. Bathrooms in the lobby were very clean. Staff was friendly. Luggage storage was available. Location was also very good, near the city center (15 minute walk or less) and close to restaurants and one gas station with convenience store.
room was very clean, Breakfast was superb and there was variety of different items, Staff was very polite and helpful. I recommend Novotel hotel (we used them in other countries and we was always satisfied)
We always stay in Novotel hotels when we are abroad , The staff are always very helpful and friendly , the room is excellent and the food is great. The check-in is very easy and in Munich Novotel Boris was exceptionally polite efficient and helpful . He was really helpful very polite and professional. We will definitely stay there again when in Munich.
