Apart from the aspects in point 2., in which you mentioned pretty much everything and I rated pretty much everything, I must admit that I do loved everything. For instance, the employees :-) one recognized me after a long time not seeing each other, and that is something very valuable for me. So I do rate memory of the employee as perfect one not even considering the visuals, which was also perfection :-)

Full Renovated in 2018. In 2022 Novotel Munchen City was expanded with 67 additional rooms in the new building connected to the existing one.
The 4-star Novotel München City hotel provides air-conditioned rooms with hot drinks facilities. Rooms are decorated in soft colours and feature large windows.
Hotel was in good shape, and had a nice decor and good facilities. Great central location, subway station, supermarket restarants etc. The staff were very very helpful in general. My daughter had sprained her ankle and they were very helpful with packets of ice. They also provided a wheelchair so we could actually carry on with on sightseeing. For this I am particularly appreciative. They were also good with general guidance and info about the city.

At Ibis price but Novotel class room condition. You can't miss it. All my family enjoyed the stay. In addition, there is kitchen you can cook.
Location of the hotel is convenient regarding the facilities around the place. The place around the hotel was safe and all the Island were designed according to child needs. All my needs were met in a timely manner. Of course, affordable fees is great point to be there.
The location was quiet and nice. The host was very friendly and spoke well English. He told me about the history of the house, old from the XVII-th century. The breakfast was very good, tasty, the room was clean, every table had a rose on it. The host is also cook and he is serving the guests, I heard him playing accordion, very well. Eveything according to hotel description, clean and equiped well. Free parking is additional benefit.
The location is perfect 🫶very easy to get around the city center. The room is normal size, and what is important it is clean. Stuff is so friendly. there is not much choice for breakfast, but it is good according for the price, the choice of hot dishes is small (sausage, bacon and eggs). There is no coffee/tea/fridge in the room, but everything is very tidy and comfortable.
We have stayed in Novotel for a long period of time, it feels like home. Very comfortable and it’s clean. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. In addition, the hotel restaurant was good.

We always stay in Novotel hotels when we are abroad , The staff are always very helpful and friendly , the room is excellent and the food is great. The check-in is very easy and in Munich Novotel Boris was exceptionally polite efficient and helpful . He was really helpful very polite and professional. We will definitely stay there again when in Munich.
