Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The service is exceptional. The staff make sure the stay was comfortable, having group chat via wechat that allow pre order of various stuff. My own experience is that the bucket for foot soaking was already in my room before I reach the hotel after a long day in Disney. Not to forget the free shuttle to n fro Disney as well as to airport. Everything was great. The breakfast buffet selection was superb as well.
Pudong, Shanghai
Novotel Shanghai Atlantis is located in Pudong Avenue, the financial center of Lujiazui, Pudong. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to Pudong Avenue Station of Metro Line 4. From the top of the hotel, you can overlook the beautiful city scene. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to Shanghai Exhibition Center, and about 15 minutes to Nanjing Road Walkway or the Bund. the place is so relaxing, near metro. food is great especially the free buffet breakfast in the revolving restauurant. room has spectacular view too and perfect for a family getaway. manager andy was so helpful in accommodating us.

The location of the hotel was excellent, but then the staff made the stay so wonderful with their helpfulness (They helped me check in early and check out late according to my travel plans.) One of the unexpected delights was the beautiful bathtub with views of the city lights - after a busy day out touring, to relax in the bath and have 180 degree views was such a treat. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a central city location.
Location of the hotel was good. The staff were generally ok but could be more responsive and conversant in spoken English. The size of the room was decent in accordance to the pricing.
when i booked said ”pay now” but end up still pay at property... price was different when I booked for these 2 options...make it hard for my family...cuz they fly to Shanghai don't have very convenient way to pay ... That's why I choosed to pay beforehand for them...I'm not with them.... messaged property about this ...no one replied and didn't take my concern into account at all... Room is good overall ...but according to my family ...shower has no curtains ....after shower...water went all over the floor...
Good location for Disneyland ❤️ and there's a shuttle bus send us and fetch us everyday to/from Disneyland. And the hotel driver, hotel staffs, will update us everything via weChat group chat. Definitely will back to Novotel again when we go to Shanghai Disneyland ❤️ highly recommended for those travel with kids 😍
We booked Novotel Atlantis as we had stayed there before before Covid and it was pleasant... But much has now changed!! What has not changed is the amazing views you can get of Shanghai and the river from the higher floors, especially if you are allocated a corner room [with two aspect views]. Also, the size of hte rooms is good and the bed OK...

location is excellent. Rate was good according at facilities. It was difficult to find HOTEL.
It was according most of good hotel standards. The breakfast has plenty if the option, all kind of food available. The airport Pudong international is relatively close.
