Located in the heart of the Geelong waterfront, Novotel is just 450 metres from Eastern Beach. It features a heated indoor pool, a fitness centre, a restaurant and bar. Each luxurious room boasts a balcony and free WiFi. I had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel. The hotel's location was perfect, offering stunning views of the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I also enjoyed the delicious dining options close to the hotel and the suggestion of activities from the check in staff. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Geelong.

The breakfast has different varieties, my cousin and I really loved it. The scrambled eggs and bacon were so so good

I love that it is conveniently located near my sister's place

Located in Melbourne CBD, Novotel Melbourne on Collins is just 300-metres from the iconic Bourke Street Mall. It offers beautifully appointed guest rooms and executive rooms with contemporary furniture, redesigned color schemes, new bathroom fixtures and new beds. The room was beautiful - well designed and very comfortable - we still had to work whilst we were there so the work space in the room was very comfortable. The view over the centre of the complex was very nice loved the green bottles. The staff were amazing we felt very looked after.

It’s a super close, short walk, from the domestic terminal. It’s new and quite impressive on arrival. I think it’s great, the staff are lovely and the room was quiet and a comfortable space with all you’d need. It’s well presented and attractive and the buffet breakfast is wonderful. I hope the combo Ibis Style and Novotel do well. I’m sure they will.

Loved views from my room. Cant comment on breakfast as I didnt dine in im sorry about that next time I visit. Location. Ben and the desk team was absolutely brilliant. Very nice people. Hopefully Ben comes over to WA for visit some day. He promised aha Key cards were working excellently. Lift was great. I liked it was linked to novotel as well. Tv was fantastic loved size of it.

facilities, location and experience of staying at the novotel was all excellent. staff were welcoming and friendly
Staff were incredibly friendly. Arrived at the start of tasting hour and got a complimentary coffee for my father and me through the Accor rewards system. Hotel was very clean and so well located, across the road from Southern Cross Station!
3 main issues, 1. no heat, even after switching to heat mode from aircon. I manage to try another aiecon from the next room it's the same. 2. the TV reception hours supposed to last till 9:30pm according to the label but there's no one manning the reception at 9:05pm. 3. intettmitent internet connections. Other than that, everything else is fine.
city location on tram route - my reason fro using Novotel
Very central. Everything I go to Melbourne for is within walking distance of the Novotel.
Customer service was very good. Being an Accor member, 2 free drinks was lovely too, and as we haven’t been to Novotel Melbourne for 2 years, it was like coming home!
