Location was perfect. The only criticism is that the hotel is on a steep hill, and for someone who have difficulty climbing, need to take Tuktuk or taxi and pay 200 baht each time you arrive to the hotel.Breakfast was perfect Spa is good.
Very neat and clean, the lady owner is super excellent according to her age, I hope she stays well and healthy, very polite, good gestures and overall extrely happy environment. Only sleeping was disturbed due to road side noise and lack of comfortable pillows. I would love to stay there again atleast to meet the aged and good lady.
It is a very pocket-friendly hotel—closed proximity to many places. The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was served at the Adjacent Novotel Hotel (same group hotel). I must it was an excellent breakfast. The room was small but it was fine as I said it was pocket-friendly.
The staff was incredibly willing to help us arrange private drives and tours according to our reduced time schedule. They even kept our luggage and trasport it to the island as we had to go to a long boat tour the same day we arrived. We checked in from the boat lagoon and our luggage was in our room safely delivered :)
We booked for 6 days , I thought because it was Novotel it would be like the ones I have stayed in a number of times in many countries on business. It was a clinical room with little atmosphere and dory to say dirty. The daily room staff did thier job but the room walls were quit dirty with stains and dust . They should notice this. So to be honest the price ratio in no way matches the actual rooms. Sorry for the poor review but your competition is better. I stay at about 20 different hotels each year. Apart from my subjective view all was ok.
This hotel gives you what you need. Clean, close to old town (10 min. walking distance to Old town), reasonable price according the service, good AC, strong water pressure. Room is big enough. They offer 24 hours snacks and beverages services in the lobby. Everything is perfect for me.
Novotel network holds very good standard of service and privacy across the world. Just as always i recommend to stay here if you just want smooth experience of staying for leisure.
Good price quality balance, breakfast also good, staff is really helpfull, if you reservastion with seperate bed, there is no solution for one big bed because there is a fixed thing between beds but according the price its okay, location not far away from old City and for island tours, pick up lastly and after tour drop off firstly.
Its opposite the market. Breakfast was a short walk at their sister’s property at Novotel Hotel. Some items came with the Halal sign, helpful for Muslim travellers. There was daily housekeeping too.
