    We absolutely loved the room! The pool access was fantastic! Paragon resort is located on Patong beach away from the crowds and commotion, right at dolphin square it is between the Novotel and Sheraton and is at a perfect location! The staff were friendly and welcoming.

    Staff was lovely, all of them, most with my son, they jumped to help us with everything.. Spa was lovely and helpful Breakfast was perfect Pool was 10000% perfect! My son really enjoy it! We will be back in the future for sure!! Keep going, Novotel!

    The staff was very helpful. I arrived later than the incheck time due to delayed flight and they waited for me. The receptionist Fon was amazing kind and helped me around for many favors and advised amazing tours. Due to my stay here I enjoyed Patong more than expected. The bed is amazing and the room ultra clean and spacious. There is no noise. Be aware that the location is not accurate on google maps, it is near Novotel hotel. But when you book you get the correct location.

    Excellent location if you want to be close to the action and nightlife. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Typical Thai friendliness and smiles. Definitely great value for money comparatively. Lovely gardens, pool and ambience.I was very worried about the poor WI-FI signal according to the comments, but there was no problem

    Our room was so spacious and had a beautiful view of the beach from our balcony. This was my second time staying at Novotel Phuket Resort and i cannot fault the location. The staff were so accomodating with our early check in/ late check out requests, always friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. Cannot wait to stay here again!
