The hotel is currently under renovation. According to other reviews, this has been the case since May 2023. The rooms on the 3rd floor are now in perfect condition.
I recently stayed at Novotel Naucalpan, and my experience was a mix of positives and negatives. The bed was comfortable, the room was standard but decent, and there was a large television. The hotel restaurant served good food.
The location is great: Woke up 1am for my jetlag and thought I'd still want to go out. So I stumbled down the hotel stairs and fell into a club. The area is beautiful and right next to Amsterdam St (according to Time Out-magazine the hippest street in the country. But what do I know ...).
Cleaning service reacted promptly when a massive pigeon shit onto my window (didn't say anything). Loved the generosity with their towels.
I liked almost everything. It feels like a Novotel - which sounds weird but doesn't always happen in Mexico - so I'm happy. Breakfast might be the most notable feature that will set it apart from other Hotels in this zone.
I like this Hotel, from long time ago, is so comfortable , plus has everything in one place, stores and restaurants, no need to go to another location for this convenient and necessary steps, specially is you travel with family, this time like the way we were received by Belen the nice girl in reception, I hope that I got her name right ! very pleasant and listened and gave the rooms according to our needs thanks again,
Small but everything was perfect according to many standards. Very good shower with hot water and pressure. Wall Hairdryer .Excellent lighting everywhere all controlled from your bed. Good bedding. Excellent daily cleaning and discreet staff. Closet with plenty of clothes hangers. 2 bottles of water everyday. Well furnished toiletries...daily. It was perfect according to many standards. Even a good service at the reception desk where they gave you a map and a booklet offering tours.
