We stayed over new years. It was lovely hotel, check in for us was a breeze with the Xhale club separate check in area. We loved the bar for the Xhale club as it overlooked the lower level with all the entertainment. Room was clean and spacious and fantastic ocean views.
The location was key to move to Isla Mujeres and Cancun, the price was according to the pictures, and the comfort and cleanness of the entire apartment

I also asked a special attention for my girlfriend’s birthday and they did it wonderfully.
the room was spacious, confortable and very well decorated.
Entertainment was really great, the pools, the restaurants (coquette and silk city) really nice view for the breakfast.
we could enjoy and relax the last 2 days of our trip in Mexico.

Location of hotel is really nice area and it is not far from Cancun coach station. It was really clean and they have so nice balcony-chilling area for every floor. According to price it was really nice choice for me.
The hotel was nice and decently clean. location-wise was good, near the city and within the hotel zone. But be aware, there are no taxis available almost never on the main road, and it's quite mandatory to ask for a taxi service from the hotel, which comes every time with a ridiculous tariff fixed according to the destination. From the hotel to the central bus station was 13 USD ( 250 MXN) for 5.5 km (3 mi approx.) one way only. Also, the drivers were changing the cost of the service, increasing it by heart, as they felt convenient.
The communication via what's app was great and fast. We also asked for a shuttle to Cancun ADO and it was arranged according to our Will. We asked the driver to stop for a simcard which he did as wel.
The breakfast was lovely, not the best, but we did enjoy it much!
It suited my expectations according to the cost. The courtyard was beautiful. Don't expect a 5-star experience, but enjoy it for what it is. The concierge advised me to use Uber, which saved me money. The owner, an older gentleman, spoke English. This was useful because I spoke no Spanish.
