This Hotel is so beautiful and the staff members are super helpful, kind, happy and they all try their best to speak English. The food was great, room was a junior suite and it was super spacious. I will definitely be back soon.

Beautiful hotel with great accessibility to multiple mall, MRT station, and great places to eat. The staffs are very helpful and quick to response. We asked for an iron and adaptor, and they accommodate us accordingly.

I booked this hotel primarily because of its proximity to the BNI city train station, and for a one-night stay, the price was quite affordable. However, it's essential to manage expectations accordingly. In my opinion, the pictures and online ratings seemed a bit overestimated. Nonetheless, considering the convenience and the reasonable price, it served its purpose for a short stay

Ibis Styles was in a great area. There are hawker style restaurants out the front that had delicious Indonesian and Chinese food. There were always Bluebird taxis waiting to take you where ever you want. The pool is at the Novotel but very easy to access and a beautiful big, clean pool. The breakfast is good, plenty of options. The staff are very helpful and we found them very knowledgeable about Jakarta and its attractions. Would stay here again.

location was near most stuff but breakfast morning is bad need change to Novotel standards. Eggs are not freshly prepared - food are not improving daily,. Porrdige is terrible dry . Get new chef

Room was quite okay but doesn’t get the standards of other Novotel around the world. The receptionist Caca was really efficient and friendly, we appreciated it.

I’ve always loved staying in Novotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The receptionist staff was very kind to offer bigger room for my toddler. FYI, for the same type of room they have bigger room in the lower floor (no view) or you can choose smaller room (not that small though) but in higher floor with city view. The location is strategic, near food stalls, KFC, restaurants, and train station.
