An absolutely wonderful hotel. They cater to families so well, with a great team of friendly, accommodating staff. We were made to feel so welcome during our stay. The location is absolutely perfect, in a quiet, safe and peaceful area of the city. The hotel is within walking distance to supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants, as well as the metro and tram.
The room was impeccably kept, with flexible and attentive service. The breakfast and restaurant areas were super, and the reception area had some awesome video games and activities for younger guests.
A superb experience and one we hope to repeat again when we return to Paris. Thanks to all for a memorable time. ☺️✨
Hotel rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfest was sufficient, according our expectations. Thumb up for personel that was very helpfull and let us checked-in little bit earlier.
As expected Novotel is always like best. It is one of the best rooms I have been in Novotel. Large TV screen was cool. Just 10mins by central gate du Nord station then 15mins walk.
we drove to Paris so needed a hotel outside the Clean Air restrictions ( very hard to try and register for it) and with a secure underground car park; and right on top of a metro station. This Novotel has it all! plus helpful friendly staff and very quiet comfortable bedrooms. We were surprised how excellently it worked out.
unfortunately this is not standard Novotel quality one would expect. property was quite dirty. showers are all plastic. definitely not a 4 star hotel. serious renovation is needed.
