We had a good stay at Marta’s apartment. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. Marta is super responsive and accommodating. The place is nearby many restaurants and grocery stores. We were lucky to find free street parking (very narrow street, so drive carefully). Per Marta's suggestion, we left the car there and traveled by bus/uber/walking around town. The apartment has a washer/dryer combo, which is a big plus. The process takes about four hours so you need to plan accordingly.
The apartment is nice and modern. Very close to the city centre therefore a bit of a noise during the night. Not a bit problem for us but just to mention due to it is noticeable. I do have some issue with using the front gate on the second day. Contacted the host and they response very quickly, it is due to internet connectivity according to them. So, do bring a key when you go out in case it might happen to you.
Breakfast was really good and they updated the time in accordance with the event occurring nearby (race). I liked how they got into the athletes spirit, leaving a card of good race wishes and all the environment created after the race.
A fantastic choice for accommodation in Sevilla! We stayed here for our New Year's holiday.

They have a friendly management style. They celebrated our New Year by leaving a bottle of cava in the room. They messaged daily for room service, and whenever we had a need, they provided a solution.In terms of price/performance, it offers excellent value. Yes, the room doesn't have a view. There is no window facing outside, but you can choose accordingly by making a payment preference.We will visit again!
Everything was superb during my stay at the hotel, with the exception of the bed size and the parking experience. Having previously stayed at the Novotel in Rotterdam, this one in Sevilla lived up to my expectations in many ways. The room's temperature was perfectly maintained, and the Rituals bathroom products were a delightful touch. The room was spacious, and we had everything we needed, except for slippers. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good.
Everything was perfect and according to me the room is better then the pictures !
Everything is clean, there is a lot of space in the room and the bathroom was amazing, i felt so good in this hotel.
The lobby is also very beautiful.
Location is great, and the hostel staff is just wonderful - cheerful and very helpful. It's a fantastic place for young people to meet friends and explore Sevilla. There's always something happening in the hostel's hall - live music, table tennis or just chatting on sofas until midnight (according to the hostel's rules the quiet time is after 00:00).
