From arrival and being surprised with a room upgrade to the helpful staff. Was a very easy check in and check out process as well and the room upgrade was fantastic

    My room flooded and the manager didn’t attend to it. No other rooms available and due to lateness of the hour I was unable to go anywhere else. No offer for a refund or complimentary breakfast, nothing. . Fire alarm went off at 4:30am. Inadequate signage and no staff to assist or direct. Evacuation point was hazardous and I’m pretty sure not in accordance with legislative requirements. The staff were lovely, best part of my stay.

    It is old and weathered! Even the plates, glasses etc… and limited to what’s left or not broken. Plus wouldn’t accept Accor points because booked through booking.com

    We like everything about Novotel , the location was the best 👌... close to all favourites place we want to visit ... We loved our room, especially my 4year old son was loving it alot .. The view from our room was amazing .. It was city view overlooking the lighthouse and the street.. The breakfast we had every morning was delicious and variety .. we can't wait for our next visit .. 😍 We love the staff from the cleaners to the reception and restaurant they were all lovely and amazing ... we loved our stay for those 3 nights...

    The carpet was lifting and missing a section. Bed was really uncomfortable and value for money stunk. Novotel was cheaper by $90

    It's in a great little spot .... not far from marina. We were going to a wedding at the Novotel, so it was a short walk there and back. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, the water pressure in the shower was good. It had a nice little balcony to sit on (and smoke if you needed). There is a cafe at the back of the building, which had a really nice breakfast (it was very popular). The elevator was quick. There is also parking at the side of the building.
