The location is good but beware with taxis they may take you to the other Novotel in the city. We stayed in the disabled room and the room was huge and spacious!! Breakfast was $25 an adult which in that area is good deal. Don’t try anywhere else it is all more expensive.

Really impressed by Novotel South Warf. Usually stay at Pan Pacific but after a poor experience last time, tried Novotel. It exceeded our expectations - very comfortable and clean!
It’s a super close, short walk, from the domestic terminal. It’s new and quite impressive on arrival. I think it’s great, the staff are lovely and the room was quiet and a comfortable space with all you’d need. It’s well presented and attractive and the buffet breakfast is wonderful. I hope the combo Ibis Style and Novotel do well. I’m sure they will.
We missed our flight and it was the last flight out for the night too, so we needed to stay somewhere closeby and Novotel was perfect, walking distance and very clean and comfortable

Staff were incredibly friendly. Arrived at the start of tasting hour and got a complimentary coffee for my father and me through the Accor rewards system. Hotel was very clean and so well located, across the road from Southern Cross Station!
Beautiful, clean and cannot fault the staff. They are so professional, courteous and kind. Nothing was an issue for them and they went above and beyond. Our family utilised the valet parking and the concierge team were incredible. Each time we needed the car, they were quick, careful and accomodating. They even left bottles of water, treats and a toy for our baby each trip. They also text us to wish us a safe drive. Cannot fault the customer service at the Novotel!
We enjoyed our stay at Novotel hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. It has a modern design and all what you need to enjoy your stay. The hotel has a good location which is very close to the middle of the city. The staff were helpful and respectful. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
Customer service was very good. Being an Accor member, 2 free drinks was lovely too, and as we haven’t been to Novotel Melbourne for 2 years, it was like coming home!
