Value for money at about half the price of other hotels including Novotel Oasis. Better and more spacious room than Novotel. Availability of Breakfast Pack. Convenient location to shops and eateries including RSL.

This hotel is perfectly located, we never had to Uber to a location once, besides to and from the airport. Amazing facilities and gluten free food was the main thing that had drawn us to Novotel. It exceeded expectations and we will definitely be back. We also loved how early and late the pool was open for.

Pleasantly surprised. Swim up pool bar and comfy beds. What more can j stay. We've stayed recently at Hilton and Bailey's and this surpassed them. We even indulged in the brekky buffet and got a free coffee everyday because we were All/Accor members which is free to sign up. This will be our new go to in Cairns

Excellent location, great breakfast, super friendly and efficient staff, generous room size and the tropical garden in the middle of the property. That garden according me is the best feature of the hotel.

We chose Novotel Cairns for their location within the city and the pool. Both of these expectations were met with delight. The location was excellent for getting food and convenience to adventures and tours. The pool was just as expected and my child had a great time, with free use of swimming tubes and sand toys a bonus!

Fun swim up bar, the staff were very accommodating and helped us get a late check out as well as surprised us with a free drink for my birthday. Very central location and easy to get around. Highly recommend this place. Only thing was it was more of a family focused hotel and lots of kids were in the pool. We didn't mind but more depends what vibe you are looking for. Novotel did it well however where you felt like you could have the best of both worlds. Very well priced too. Would definitely come back!!

I knew it would be fairly basic for the price, and that was the case. Overall it was a little drab and run down, and further away from restaurants than I was expecting (that was my fault for not checking properly). Given how much we paid, it was fine. It's a pity the restaurant on site was so bad (according to the reviews). I was too scared to risk trying it.

Breakfast cereals are hypergycemic, atherogenic and hyperlipidemic according to the New England Journal of Medicine, which I study every night. Accordingly, they are very injurious to the coronary arteries.
