    I booked into Mercure as my sister and husband were travelling and staying in the Pullman. When I booked in I was encouraged to join Accord and got the Wifi. Then I was given a room in the Pullman sections that far exceeded the room my famiy had in the Pullman section eg beautiful soft, thick, towels!

    The location suited me as it was close to my conference venue but the proximity to the Novotel mean excessive noise early in the morning, particularly when the rubbish dumpsters were being rolled out

    Location. The TV didn’t work in our room, several people came and attempted to fix it , in the end the whole television was replaced. Everyone person that came to our room to fix TV was friendly and happy , staff are a credit to NOVOTEL. Bed was incredibly comfortable, great that check out was 11.

    We usually stay here overnight prior to an early morning flight. We have previously stayed at all 3 of the hotels near the airport and Novotel is our preferred choice. The taxi to the international airport, which the hotel staff are happy to arrange, is cheaper for 2 people and takes less time than the shuttle.

    Novotel was outstanding. Beautiful comfortable rooms which were very clean. The staff went above and beyond to assist wherever possible. Food was delicious. Parking was easy underneath the hotel with an elevator up to the rooms and we could easily walk to South Bank. Absolutely excellent. We now have a new favourite hotel in Brisbane.

    Great location for an overnight stay flight for cruise...Cruise shuttle great price and very handy... the driver and girls meeting us were excellent... very efficient and speedy service.. driver kept us in loop as we picked up other passengers from Novotel... informed us on travel times and assisted with luggage at both ends...definitely recommended the hotel and shuttle service 👌

    The hotel was very convenient for the airport. Our family dropped us off there the night before our flight home to England. We were given an upgrade to an executive suite which was lovely for our last night in Australia. The staff are professional but very friendly. We used the restaurant which was really nice with something for everyone on the menu. We use Novotel hotels in England and are always very happy.
