Located at healthcare city, just beside Medi clinic Covid drive through center - which was perfect for us to get our pcr test done on our way home. Rabin always made sure the breakfast buffet ran smoothly and there was always a variety of meals. Priti and Abdul kept our suite clean and gave us a supply of fresh towels daily. There was free parking on site with ease of access. I’d been to other much bigger hotels close by and there was always a line up for the elevator and breakfast and the strong smell of oud at the lobby and public areas. But thank God that was never the case here at Novotel. We booked the suite with a jacuzzi and the only thing is we couldn’t get it to work quite well. Temperature is set at 29 deg but we were always out everyday and only needed it late at night when the temperature was a bit cooler. We were told on our last night it could only earn up to 31, but they could make other arrangements if we wanted it hotter. It wasn’t a big deal to be honest. We were really happy here!!!
