Great location. There was a challenge with the reception but the supervisor Mahesh quickly resolved it and gave us according to the Booking.com reservation. The family enjoyed the breakfast and pool facility
We have enjoyed staying in Novotel Al Barsha, staff was friendly and cheerfull. Breakfast is good, overall we loved the stay and looking forward to come back again !!! Thank you the 360 degree hotel staff Hariet, she was so helpfull and pleansent.
We were upgraded to the Novotel next door because the Ibis was too full. The staff were great, notably Mr. Nyi Nyi at the front desk. He was extremely helpful and proactive. The room service and food delivery staff were also great.
My stay at the Novotel hotel was generally satisfactory. The receptionist, an Egyptian gentleman whose name I regrettably cannot recall, was exceptionally helpful and efficient. However, I did encounter a couple of minor issues. Firstly, slippers were not provided in the room, which was a slight inconvenience. Secondly, the hot water was not available in the morning when I attempted to shower.

I often stay in Ibis Deira, it is convenient location near the airport and near the Deira City Centre mall (just accross the street). Comfy room, all that is needed is there. There is a bar in the Novotel hotel connected to Ibis.
I have been in Novotel several times in the past and I am an Accor member. it was way below my expectations and money does not worthy at all. The best of the hotel is his great location.
Very happy with the overall experience.. Special thanks to Ms Grace for her exceptionally helpful nature and for such a warm welcome. Ms Grace deserves a special mention and people like her are an asset to Accor Novotel hotel..
