The property features garden views and is 6.9 km from Thung Nham Bird Park Ecotourism and 8.3 km from Ninh Binh Stadium. The accommodation provides a shuttle service, while a bicycle rental service is also available. We arrive at 4am to which the host was waiting for us, and greeted us with tea (which we thought was the kindest gesture). It is ran by a Vietnamese couple, who are just honestly lovely! They don’t speak any English but it doesn’t matter as you know they just want to do anything to help you. The room was perfect and just what we needed after a long journey to Nihn Bihn. It’s within walking distance from where the bus drops you off too. We had our laundry done and shoes cleaned and that was great. Breakfast freshly made each morning. Hot shower, brilliant working AC, can’t fault anything and would recommend this place to everyone.
Fantastic place to stay. Nice and quiet, beautiful pool, cold beer. Tim is a fantastic host with a big smile. Great location for all the Ninh Bình highlights. We hired scooters and felt very safe on the roads as they were pretty quiet. The rice fields nearby are beautiful to ride the free push bikes through. Highly recommend!!
Great value for money and the room was reasonably spacious. Breakfast was delicious and enough to get you started for the day. Good coffee too. Nice rooftop spot to watch sunset.

The motel has very nice clean rooms, perfect location for sightseeing and riding a bicycle around. Free breakfast is served fast and it’s good. The owners are the kindest people, very helpful and welcoming like a family.
The host family is young and hospitable, breakfast has many comfortable and fun choices. Car rental, laundry and ticket booking at the homestay are very good. Comfortable and quiet like home, not like staying at a motel.
It was quiet! Next to the river and close to the centre. Clean, amazing breakfast, staff very welcoming. I got that close that I miss them. Such a beautiful people! I loved the fact of having a swimming pool. Best place in Tam Coc. I needed a reliable WiFi and i didn’t have any problem whatsoever. I wanted to stay 3/4 days and I spent 9 😬 quiet place for working remotely.
The female owner is very friendly, has good English, and helped us to plan out our activities for the next few days. The property and bungalows are cute! Good coffee and we appreciate the extensive breakfast selection as we were there for a few days. Cute dogs 🐶 hot water is reliable. It was a bit hard to get to but that made it quite peaceful (compared to Tam Coc). Mosquito net is provided over the bed.
