The Rodeway Inn hotel is located with easy access to Interstate 35 and many local points of interest. This hotel is less than five miles from the historic Cooke County Courthouse, the Gainesville Civic Center multipurpose venue, the Frank Buck Zoo and the Gainesville Campus of NCTC (North Central Texas College). The WinStar Casino is located a few minutes north of Gainesville, just across the Texas/Oklahoma border. We didn't have breakfast there. The room was basic but clean. The bed was comfortable, and the heater worked well. That is all we needed and were pleased with our choice for the price. Having a ground floor room was great, as my spouse needs knee surgery and climbing steps would have been painful.

I rented out a non smoking king sized bed for 4 nights. If you're anything like me and just need a low-cost, clean, safe motel, this place is great for that. I always inspect the rooms and mattress when I walk in, and the room I was staying in had been cleaned extremely well.
Everything. A great clean place with very helpful staff. We will definitely be back next year. Excellent breakfast, especially scrambled eggs and sausage. Coffee in room and good coffee for breakfast including half and half.
I was pleasantly surprised at how clean, comfortable and convenient this Super 8 motel was. The price was very reasonable. The desk clerk was super nice and friendly. I was especially pleased that the doors to the rooms were inside as opposed to outside. I am a female who was traveling alone, and the doors being inside offered me a measure of safety (parking lots can be dangerous, especially at night.) I will definitely stay at this location in the future. Keep up the good work 👏
I love the environment and vibe Econo has on top of the staff has excellent customer service. They are always on top of things and making sure their guest are happy and safe. I stay at Econo over all of the other hotels and motels in the area because of the cleanliness and the awesome hospitality. I highly recommend Econo Lodge above the rest!!!!
I've had worse experiences at more expensive motels. maybe my expectations are low, but usually even the non-smoking rooms smell like cigarettes. the sheets were clean, which is another usual issue. I've found hairs in other motels. and the beds were sooo comfortable.
I have stayed here many times. It's comfortable and clean, and I would recommend it to anyone. Motels, that are around this price range is it's tops.
Didn’t offer breakfast but had a microwave refrigerator and was a lot of place to eat at around the motel: There is a McDonald’s, Braum’s, a little cafe that opens at 6am and a lot more.
This motel is in a great location, close to many restaurants. Rooms were clean and large in size. The beds were comfortable.
It was clean and updated some, although definitely an older motel.
