Old Floridian style cottages. I had an appartement with one bedroom for four nights. I loved everything from the moment I arrived. Lovely designed interior. Convenient. Lots of space around to sit in or out of the sun. The terras and tiki hut right at the beach. The interaction with the other guests. Very helpful and nice personnel. I would come back if I have the chance. Good wifi.

The distance to the sand beach and the overall lack of people there makes this area a magic spot. Also in close town the café and restaurants were great.

Features include a continental breakfast, free WiFi, and public balconies as well as an outdoor pool. If you have a cruise ship planned, this is the best play to stay. They have a shuttle service to Port Canaveral at USD 20 for 2 passengers (one way). The breakfast (even though limited options) was simply the best - especially the biscuit and gravy. The staff at the reception were also extremely polite and helpful.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was semi decent the view was amazing... rest is motel 6 quality.
The staff was great and very friendly. The swimming area was nice and clean, and the motel was convenient to everything exspecailly close to the port, so it didn't take us buy a few minutes to get on our ship to cruise loved it had a restaurant there as well the grandkids loved the breakfast and took a picture of the astronaut in lobby
Most motels are boring and look pretty much alike. The Oyo is an older property with lots of character. It was clean and comfortable, I liked it a lot and would stay there again. It is also well within walking distance of downtown, and the Indian River. I was able to watch SpaceX send a crew to the ISS!
Hotel's location was good, within walking distance to the pier and restaurants. Facility was clean and room was clean and in good condition. Price was reasonable, note this is an older style hotel/motel, not fancy but good basic accommodation. Pool looked ok but we didn't try it. Staff was friendly. We would return.
If you going on a cruise or a close by destination this motel is perfect and cost effective. It's updated and have all the amenities that a hotel would have. This is my second stay and I will come again.
It's a cheap motel so don't expect much but for the cost it was great, staff is nice, room was clean and we love the pool
We loved this little motel, quite retro and extremely inviting. The staff are so lovely and welcoming, nothing is too much for them. We loved everything about the Sea Scape. You have a small garden area in front of the property with tables, chairs and an hammock which overlooks the beach, it also has its own beach access, couldn’t ask for anything more. They also have beach chairs, paddle boards etc that you can use on the beach. We will most definitely be back. Excellent value for money.

Beach access and quietness were excellent. The motel was a throwback to old time Florida beach motels. Dated, but cool.
The motel is located close to the Kennedy Space Center, so this was the purpose of the travel. The staff at the reception was super helpful and nice. Guided me very well around, and gave me a good and quite room in the back of the motel, as asked. The motel was renovated and it seemed like new. Free parking was available and wide. The motel was also very close to the center and the beaches, 2-3 km across the bridge. The breakfast was very nice, with the wide range of choices.
