Including fresh made tamales and burritos. This was an excellent way to rest from a hard day on the slopes. They also had snack foods in the evenings until 7:00 p.m.. this included fresh baked cookies and chips and salsa. Everything was delicious. The room was also very spacious with plenty of room for me, my husband and my 16-year-old son. Plenty of towels and supplies for us. Plenty of hot water that never ran out. Super comfortable stay!

I booked a room too much and they looked if there was a solution. At the end we just kept the rooms we payed for. The owners are doing a great job preserving the place. In the morning you can get some freshly brewed coffee and a belvita breakfast cookie. My fiancé and I wrote a roadbook and when asking for a stamp, the owners got really enthusiastic about the book. I had a great stay. The rooms are so gorgeous! I had a great sleep in that comfy bed! (: If I’m doing the Route 66 in the future, I’ll come back, for sure! Great photography opps. The neon lights are gorgeous!

I appreciated the water dispenser in the office. I was on foot and was able to walk everywhere due to the central location of the motel, including the train station.
