Lovely room, free parking
This is a clean and comfortable, basic motel. The motor lodge is across the parking lot from the inn and restaurant, a five-minute walk. Everything works, the room is clean and bright, a little pricey but good, reliable quality and comfort. They now have new key fobs in place of the key cards that were not working. The restaurant is reasonable for breakfast.
I live out of state now and I had to go to Vegas to finish my dental work. So I need to spend the 1 night. Motel 6 was closer and had no parking fee.
The room was OK, but not exceptonal ... just average .. much like a Motel 6 but with microwave and small refrigerator.
People were good st the motel. Had some issues with people on freemont. Got scammed by to girls that wanted photo. Not happy about that issue.
Our two-night stay here was fine. The rooms fit us and our stuff. They had microwaves and mini-fridges. The beds were fine. The air conditioning and heating unit worked. We liked that there was plenty of lighting in the rooms (hotel rooms often don't have enough light). The bathroom was large and spacious. Everything worked and everything was clean. Breakfast was fine (same as most motels in this price range, but just a variety of cereals, fruits, and some juice and milk left in the room). The rooms met all our needs.
Great location, free parking
This is a basic motel but it completely met our needs during our time there. The employees were truly helpful and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. The room was clean. The location is close to some good restaurants and is an excellent jumping off point for exploring Death Valley and nearby sites. Watch for burros on the road as you leave town!
Great value for money, the perfect stopover motel. The room was warm when we arrived with a comfortable bed. Coffee machine, microwave, and a fridge in the room. Free parking right outside. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
