With a garden, the 2-star motel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The motel has family rooms. The breakfast was better most and the staff very helpful. The facilities were excellent and the hotel is always trying to improve them.

This is a great little motel near Mesa Verde National Park. Very clean and cute. I would highly recommend this place.
Wonderfully restored old style motel. Decorated throughout with 50s and 60s memorabukkua, /breajfast sekectuibs were unique and quite pleasant. Overall one of our best lodging experiences.
The breakfast was simple but really good and fresh. They had lots of cool stuff to do around the property game room, outdoor giant chess and places to grill. Your not far from Masa Verde and many other cool attractions. The places to eat around the motel were really good, lots of locally owned restaurants. Wished we could have stayed more nights because there was so much to do.
One of the best motels I've ever been to. I'm assuming the owner checked us in? She's wonderful, and we got to meet the dog. The art inside the rooms is lovely, the fire pit out back relaxing. There's an on-site coffee shop, and the rest of Mancos is rather walkable from this spot. Must-stay location for anyone heading to Mesa Verde NP.
Very comfortable motel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, roomy and comfortable... Staff was more than happy to help if I had any issues.... Location was perfect for continuing my road trip. Price was perfect....Breakfast was amazing... Thank you
We loved the Mesa Verde Motel! The rooms are beyond charming, every detail is styled to perfection, yet functional and comfortable. The team running the hotel is top-notch, caring and committed people. Sally the owner is a gem, and Lucy in the bar is my new best friend. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
Very friendly and helpful staff with some good local recommendations. There is a great lo al brewery and restaurant opposite motel. Room was a good size, nice hot shower with lots of towels. Breakfast was usual motel selection but a good stocked hot plate each day.
The motel staff is one of the friendliest we have ever encountered. Thank you 🙏🏻 Breakfast is a huge postive surprise. Very extended complete breakfast. Duvets are comfy and not static synthetic, excellent mattress.
Free breakfast was basic and good. Room was clean and comfortable. The motel is located within walking distance of several good restaurants. This is the third time I've stayed at the Retro, and each visit has been excellent. The room rate was very reasonable, although my visits were always in the winter, so maybe I had off-season rates.
