Very good location, heated pool, fridge and microwave in room, extremely comfortable bed, ample towels etc. Karen our host very warm and welcoming and very helpful- tea/coffee water freely available in reception and access to full shared kitchen at all times. Loved our stay here.

Overlooking Nantucket Sound and the beach, this South Yarmouth motel boasts private beach access and has an outdoor swimming pool. Whale watching cruises are 9 miles away. All rooms have direct ocean views. The owner Sandy was a true delight. She spent time telling us about the inn and invited us to dine at her restaurant which was fabulous as well.

Free parking and a concierge service is available. The room was spacious and clean. Shower was excellent and the bathroom was clean and included a hairdryer. There was a fridge and TV (with plenty of channels!). A kettle in the room would have been lovely but I understand that’s perhaps not a big thing in the states. There’s plenty of parking and the motel is located really close to a very nice beach. The breakfast was great with cereal, bagels, decent coffee, fruit and pastries on offer. I’d absolutely recommend Ocean Breeze and would stay here again!
