A wonderful, serene, and very practical place to stay. As well as being quiet (with some interesting bird calls audible in the early morning) and comfortable, it had a very usable kitchen, good wifi, easy parking, helpful staff/owners, great shower (and super-hot), laundry facilities, and was only a short (10min) walk to town.

All apartments include a fully equipped kitchen, ceramic hot plate and under floor central heating. Facilities include a thermal-heated swimming pool, poolside bar, shared barbecue facilities and laundry. Great location, a short drive to the central part of town. Our room had a lake view, which you can enjoy from a covered and heated balcony, which gives it a plus if you go in winter. The room itself was really comfortable and every detail was well thought out. The spa pool was divine and the place was an oasis to relax. I'll definitely stay there again.

The place was big and tidy. There was a real attention to detail, you feel welcome. It's also perfectly located, only a few minutes away from the tourist info centre and supermarket.

Motel was able to provide a ground floor unit with walk in shower also at a reasonable cost a good breakfast. Proximity to lake and lakeside walk and general location.

Let’s be real, this is a basic motel that provides a good spot to rest your head on the road to somewhere else. Don’t expect the Ritz. But if you’re looking for a hot shower, clean bed linens, and a friendly owner that will try and accommodate your needs (like charge your car or recommend a good place to eat) then this is perfect.
we didn't know when we booked about the roadworks on the road outside the motel, and were very happy the motel put us in a downstairs quiet room. Thank you!. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious and without the roadworks would have had access to the lake across the road. We didn't see the staff but were given the code for the box the get our room key, very covid friendly

This motel / motor lodge is fantastic - top location near all amenities, lovely clean rooms, comfortable beds, quiet, lots of parking.
Great motel, contactless check in went smoothly, room was a good size and once again i went for the spa bath option which was really awesome after a long day on the road. Bed is comfortable and although i didn't meet the owners the cleaning staff are very friendly.
Excellent location and extremely kind staff who went above and beyond to help us out. We had a parcel go missing that was directed to the motel and they were so patient, kind and helpful in doing what they could to resolve the issue. The rooms have great cooking facilities for a motel, and housekeeping were non-intrusive with times. Free parking and a good amount of free wi-fi was also exciting.
