The staff member in reception was extremely welcoming, and the room itself was spotlessly clean. Everything matched the description. The spa bath worked perfectly and was a great addition to the room.

Offering a stunning waterfront location, Bay Vista Waterfront Motel features accommodation alongside Picton's beautiful Waikawa Bay. It is 5 minutes drive from Picton township but only a 5 minute walk to the the local restaurant located at Waikawa Marina. All accommodations boast a patio with panoramic waterfront views. The rooms are fully equipped. French Window look out on the beautiful harbour, and it is refreshing to look out at the sunrise in the morning. I really recommend this place.

We offer spacious, welcoming air-conditioned units with unlimited free WiFi, flat screen TV with streaming services and 21 Freeview channels Amazing place, exceeded my expectations. Great value for money. The unit was modern, with tasteful design, very clean and comfortable. Everything you need is there, kitchen, spa bath, air con etc. Great location if you want to explore wineries and the sounds. The host Linda was very friendly and gave me great advice on which wineries 🍷 to visit. I would be very happy to stay there again.

This is a moderately priced facility that "punches well above its weight" we have stayed at much more expensive motels that do not approach the overall excellence experienced here.
Everything is great, very spacious accommodation. A little backyard area. Kitchen is well equipped, coin operated washing machine was fantastic. There's a supermarket right across the motel.
Lovely hostel, very friendly staff. Free breakfast was offered and available even if you had an early ferry. There was free parking very close by.
A fantastic place to stay it was very quiet roomy and a very relaxed Motel Unit we loved it. The shower was very powerful.
I have stayed at Broard Beach Motel on several occations and have loved each time. We will continue to do so.
Large motel with good parking. Pool provided, but we didn't use it. Facilities clean and comfortable. Right beside a major road leading from Blenheim to Renwick which was quite busy - and under repair. Couple of pubs within an easy walk, shops a little further away. Needed to use the car to get into town - but 1hour free parking and lots of parks mean this is no issue. Premises operating under a 'no contact' COVID protocol - was no issue tho.
