It is 5 minutes drive from Picton township but only a 5 minute walk to the the local restaurant located at Waikawa Marina. All accommodations boast a patio with panoramic waterfront views. The rooms are fully equipped. French Window look out on the beautiful harbour, and it is refreshing to look out at the sunrise in the morning. I really recommend this place.

The hotel features family rooms. Easy to get to after hopping off the midnight ferry from Wellington, and a text confirmed my room since it was after check in time. Heater was on, room was toasty and cozy! Only in for one night but will definitely rebook for a longer stay.

Picton Train Station is just 1 km away. Location was excellent- walkable from the ferry terminal or the train terminal. Easy to find, very clean, and a well-stocked kitchen. Fantastic and friendly staff also!
