Celtic Motel is nestled in amongst the sunny Horowhenua township of Foxton, giving it a hint of 'country' and ensuring it is very peaceful and quiet, yet it is conveniently situated just 400m off SH 1. This comfortable Foxton gem in the beautiful lower west coast of the North Island is where friendly hospitality is guaranteed. It was 200 meters from Highway one and close to the Dutch Molen restaurant and Foxtons fish and chip shop, both of them excellent. We took our fish and chips down to Foxton beach and watched the sun set. Our main like was our lovely hosts Leslie and Psul who wanted to make sure everything was satisfactory, which it was.

Massey University is 2 km away. This was the nicest motel anywhere we have ever stayed in. The rooms were a much higher level than you usually find in a motel. They were larger than expected and easily fit a family of four plus significant luggage with room to move. The beds were very comfortable and the double spa bath was AMAZING, we all had a lovely soak in it. The staff were lovely and helped us with washing facilities, and overall it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay, happy to recommend.

Aubyn Court Spa Motel is located opposite The Plaza shopping centre and a supermarket and offers self-contained accommodation with a private spa pool in most rooms and a flat-screen TV with 50+ satellite channels. Guests have access to free high-speed WiFi and free parking It was easy to find Close to town Spa in room brilliant after driving all day didnt need to leave room We paid same price in another town for a lot less

Alpha Motor Inn is a ten-minute walk to The Square & supermarkets and a ten-minute drive to Arena Manawatu & Airport.

All guests have access to a self-service laundry and free on-site car parking. There is a coffee shop beside the motel for breakfast and lunch. Everything…so clean and good service. Was so happy to stayed at the hotel Alpha. Didn’t expect to get that good service at that hotel.
