Acacia Lake View Motel is just 300-metres from Taupo Town Centre and a 5 minute Tauhara Golf Course. Taupo Airport is a 10-minute drive away. The staff were exceptional. We accidentally left our iPad there and they were so helpful in getting it shipped to us. We anticipated it would be a few days to get it but they were so quick to get the iPad out we had it arrive at our location before we even got there. Their recommendations for things to do in the area were great. We enjoyed our time at this motel.

Very clean, cozy, good location. The gardens looked perfect, they are doing a great job do keep the facilities gorgeous. Tongariro alpine Crossing 50 km away, for those in for fishing Tongariro river is just behind the corner as you simply get out from the lodge there.

Alpine Lake Motel is located within 10 minutes’ walk to a number of shops, restaurants and lake activities. The room felt modern and fresh. The kitchenette was suitable for making simple meals and the air conditioning worked well. The decor was simple but fresh and relaxing.

All apartments include a fully equipped kitchen, ceramic hot plate and under floor central heating. Facilities include a thermal-heated swimming pool, poolside bar, shared barbecue facilities and laundry. The room was excellent having all the required amenities and most of the facilities were quite modern. We loved the thermal pool and it allowed us to relax after a busy day out. The bed was very comfortable and we recommend this property highly!
