I received a free room upgrade upon check-in which I really appreciated. The new room was very spacious and super convenient; I especially liked the big desk I could use for some computer work. For me as a surfer it was also great to have a little backyard/garden area so I could hang up my wetsuits. The kitchenette was well equipped and spacious as well. Laundry facilities are available for guests to use 24/7 free of charge; you can watch movies à gogo with the Sky channels, and the wifi is fast and reliable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I was sad to leave after three nights and will definitely be back.

Modern facilities were awesome loved the decor, I stay at motels quite often and this one sets itself apart from the others. The rooms were spotless, very tidy and clean! So impressed by this motel, the location was great having the beach right in front of us. Staff were so lovely and helpful couldn’t fault this place would 100% stay again

This was a business trip and the technician worked late into the night. The motel host offered a late check-out which is very kind.
We were caught in a cyclone and had to stay 3 extra nights in an unfamiliar town and stuck in our room for the majority of the time (with a newborn) . So we were so glad we picked this motel they were welcoming, clean and had everything you need * free wifi , my partner enjoyed the Sky sports to watch the state of origin and I enjoyed free WiFi aswell as the comfy beds plus aircon was great to keep baby warm during the storm. We received a warm, friendly welcome from the lovely lady at reception! We like the convenient location and plenty of parking. The room was very small but warm & cosy with everything required for an overnight stay. A very clean & tidy motel.

This motel had all the facilities we needed, a convenient location with a great view along with a very well thought out interior design revamp in this interesting older block of motel units, they have great vision.
Our One Bedroom Unit was perfectly clean, very spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the large flat screen TV. The super-king bed was nice and comfortable. Free parking was right outside the room. We would definitely recommend White Heron Motor Lodge to others.
