The place was neat and worth it for the price, the room is wide!
- Affordable - Right at a train station - 24/7 reception - Good wifi - Clean - Good coffee machine - Bathroom and toilet were great - Vending machines in the hotel
The breakfast was at the Starbuck's coffee shop within the hotel and it was notable for the good coffee and the possibility of making do with the Starbuck's menu at breakfast-time. I ate chicken and waffles. The bedroom was typically tiny and the price was high, but the location was superb.
I love the Super Hotel in Shinagawa because it was in a very quiet area and away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Also for our travel needs it was perfect because we wanted to explore a non touristy area of Tokyo but close to yummy restaurants and the Shinagawa Train station. Also the staff were very friendly and lovely. Good coffee and yummy breakfast.
Good room, although a little cramped, nice comfortable bed, good shower. Breakfast was good. Someone in the breakfast room made me a very good coffee - bit stronger than normal in Japan. The hotel is not too far from Ikebukuro Station East exit, especially if you are young. Close to Sunshine City. Only 5 minutes to Airport Limousine stop, saves changing trains to go to Narita.
The public bath was amazing! After a fourteen hour flight + a migraine I felt totally refreshed. Complimentary breakfast with surprisingly good coffee was a bonus.
Had a great stay at this hotel, and with great service. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the bath/shower surprisingly spacious for a Japanese hotel. Very handy location, close to Kanda station, and you can walk fairly easy to Tokyo station or Akihabara too, whilst being a bit away from the very busy touristy areas, so you get the benefit of it being relatively quiet. I didn't get breakfast, but did have a good coffee at the café downstairs. Good laundry facilities too.
Clean, modern room in a great location. Close enough to the centre of Asakusa and transport but also in a nice quiet neighbourhood away from the hustle and bussle. Friendly staff - happy to speak English and help with luggage storage before check-in Good coffee from Cafe, but make sure to book ahead if you want the breakfast bagel.
Very clean and modern facilities. Our room was compact, but perfectly comfortable, with a view, and had everything we needed. The breakfast sandwich was tasty and incredibly filling, and good coffee. We loved being able to grab a fresh set of pyjamas and toiletries every evening. The location was quiet, and a perfect jumping off point for all the places we wanted to visit in Tokyo.
The fact that they do café as well. It's good coffee and the cinnamon toast was so good...
Large, clean and confortable room. Perfect for a family of 4. The location was good: close - but not too close - to Akihabara so it wasn't a noisy or busy street. Full kitchen with fridge, and laundry washer/drier which made things easier. Comfortable beds. Good coffee, too! The staff were extremely helpful with directions. Would definitely stay here again.
