The staff accomodated my late check in request, were very friendly during check in and gave us infomation on local restaurants. While this was strictly a layover stay, I would definately stay here again.

They are in the middle of a reno project...it was ok...
Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
The staff was very kind and polite. The property is very well maintained and clean. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. This is not your typical roadside dive motel, it is well worth the money. We will be back again next summer.
The pretty courtyard with fountain was a pleasant spot to sit with a drink. Otherwise this is a fairly standard motel - useful for an overnight stop (we were travelling from San Francisco to Portland), but we wouldn't have stayed any longer in Willits, though the Skunk Train up into the redwoods was a delight. Staff were lovely and went out of their way to provide information about where we could watch the Euros final.
Unique design for outside entry motel as hotel is accessible through drive that goes to the back of the property with all rooms protected in a u-shape design. Was very clean and comfortable.
The location is really great for anyone taking the greyhound bus. This is the only hotel or motel I've ever stayed in where they turned on the heat in the room before I got there. Well appreciated in that cool late winter weather. Especially notable: The manager emanated an almost spiritual dedication to his work, as if doing his job was a spiritual discipline. If everyone in society undertook their work in this manner we would live in a tremendous world.
Perfect place to spend a night while traveling up to Redwoods from Southern California.
The motel is old school, but decent staff and location makes it worth the money.
Don’t expect anything fancy - just basic necessities in a small town.
We could NOT stay it was so bad! We entered the room ..everything was old and shabby and dirty..toilet did not flushable…surrounding rooms occupied by workers with trucks and vans. We have used booking.com for our travels in the past and have always been very satisfied! This motel should not be on your list!
He was short rude and there was a huge spider and I checked out a day early and no reimbursement no compensation or nothing I would advise stay away from Best Western they don't care about customers or how much money they spend on a motel room to be sleeping with spiders the size of your thumb now or bigger crawling on your bed and they will not reimburse you
