A flat-screen cable TV is provided in each air-conditioned room at 9 Palms Inn. Complete with a microwave, the dining area also has a refrigerator and a coffee machine. Featuring a bath or shower, private bathrooms also come with towels. You can enjoy a mountain view from all the rooms.

The staff is helpful and friendly and the room was GREAT! The motel is on a hill and our room faced East so the sunrise was incredible. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Honestly, couldn't have asked for more, will definitely stay again.

    Have stayed numerous times in the past when it was America's Best Value Inn with no change other than having to check in next door at the Oasis Inn. The rooms are clean and secure which is what I look for in any accommodations. I do miss when it was part of Red Lions hotels the rewards that I accrued, Having stayed at numerous motels in 29 Palms/Joshua Tree this location for the price point is the best deal and continues to be.

    This definitely met my expectations! You get what you pay for - as for a budget motel, you can’t ask for much more than this! The room was clean enough - I was able to bring my cat at no extra charge. We felt comfortable and safe and it was a nice break from Van life 😁 we also got our room upgraded to ground level at no extra charge… we got to park our van right outside of our room which was extremely convenient to us AND felt we had to worry less about property theft- being unfamiliar with the area.

    We were surprised by how good this motel was. Extremely clean and comfortable. We booked a Deluxe King Room with Kitchen which was essentially a full service apartment. Just a couple of miles away from Joshua Tree Park.

    The location and convenience of it being so close to Joshua Tree National Park. The swimming pool & hot tub were great for the kids after a long day of driving! All was as expected for a motel providing a stopover one-night stay.

    Since it was a motel, it was super easy to load and unload just outside our door. Full freezer! Small but allowed us to refreeze our cooling packs for our cooler. Of course had a fridge as well. Bed was very comfy.

    The motel is conveniently located to Joshua Tree National Park. It was nice to have a mini fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

    There was no breakfast facility at this motel but the main town of 29 Palms was only 3 miles away (alongside, being very close to Joshua Tree National Park). I was also, given the option of using the communal kitchen for a small additional fee. The rooms were wonderful, cozy and clean and following, 2 nights of camping in the desert, the shower was absolutely heavenly. I would definitely recommend the high altitude Harmony Motel or, would return there for another stay in the future:-)
