Nothing this property should be closed, I didn’t even stay due to the conditions paid for nothing and had to get another room out of pocket. I would like a refund or I will dispute the charge with my bank!

This Econo Lodge hotel is conveniently located near the Texas-Arkansas state line. Destinations, including Texas A&M University-Texarkana, Four States Fair Grounds, Perot Theater and numerous museums, are located nearby. Each guest room has a microwave, refrigerator and 37" flat-screen TV with HBO film channels.

Clean rooms and reasonably priced. The owners were both very friendly. Front desk beyond helpful. Owners scraping and painting to maintain well cared for property. We really like this hotel. It doesn't provide you with amenities. I don't care because I do not normally use them anyway. I'm more concerned with an up to date, fresh, clean and comfortable room at a great price. If this is you as well, then you wont be disappointed. This has become our new place to stay while in the area.

Looking for a motel?

Both travelers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help make check-in quick and easy.

owners/staff super friendly and funny. Clean rooms ; everything works - love those two compartment fridges in the room. Hotel/motels in this budget category have by and large not restored continental breakfast ; I don’t miss it and I believe that many hotels, like this one , have given back enough in rate to compensate.

The motel was horrible, I ask them to return my money to my card. It smelled like sewer, the sewer was backed up. People was sitting along side of the building. People were pulling up beer and liquor to the second floor over the balcony. Look drug infested.

Short stop over on our way back home. The room was exceptionally clean with soft large queen sized beds. Great smelling and spacious room. Clean showers and bathroom facilities. John checked us in and notified us that the WIFI was out, but it was not an issue. The BREAKFAST was great!!! We have stayed at many motels and hotels over the past year at many large chains and noticed the poor quality of free breakfasts, but BEST WESTERN delivered a wonderful breakfast. Kudos to the staff at this location. Excelsior!!!

Desk clerk very friendly and helpful. Room very neat and clean. Had a list of television channels, which we appreciate. The lobby, hallway, and our room up-to-date. They also have a baggage cart, and doors are automatic. Have been on a three week vacation trip, are headed home now; this motel was the least expensive room we had, but was nicer than a number of other places where we paid higher rates.

No breakfast was provided. Not much to like about this run down motel. Only good thing was at checkin when I asked for a second floor room it was provided. King bed was quite comfortable. KFC next door. Walmart a short walk. Close to other restaurants and shops.
