The Patrons were excellent! Very friendly and courteous. I missed a day that I had reserved. Mesa Oasis Inn contacted me after I was home and referred me on how to get reimbursed from Booking.com, (who were also very helpful), for the day I did not stay, after they had already been paid through booking.com for it. I did not expect this nor did I ask for it. They were courteous enough to be proactive about it and it earned them my next stay in Mesa, AZ. Thank you so much Mesa Oasis Inn

Aaron's place was an oasis in a city of noise, very nice. Out of the four weeks of going from hotel to motel, the two nights we spent there were the best.

We were afraid to leave car unattended overnight in the parking lot with all of the prostitution and Riff Raff staying at the motel coming in and out all hours definitely not recommended

Nothing. Room was non smoking and wreaked of cigarettes. Floor has paint splatters on the floor and was dirty. Never seen such a run down Motel 6 I looked at the room and went right back to the front desk for a refund.

We drove for 28 hrs and when I arrived to Tempe my phone was acting up and wouldnt let me see the email they sent through booking. I called the number and left a msg and within minutes I recieved and text msg asking what was going on, I explained and was instantly sent the code to get into the house via text msg. They are very prompt on getting back to you, I loved that it was a Nice quit neighborhood, the house was big and spacious. The master bathroom was beautiful, the kids loved the pool and the overall experience compared to a motel.

Location and breakfast was great. It was the beginning of the week and traffic in this area was fine. Restaurants were an easy access where the motel was located.

The rooms smelled bad. The entire motel's flooring was a sloppy faux-wood linoleum and you (literally) see about a half-inch gap below the room's door, and emergency exit. You are forced to sleep with the bed cover because there is only a sheet otherwise. These folks that own this franchise are cutting corners big time.

This place is a studio apartments that has a motel feel. You have a kitchenette with a 2 seats table. One brings their own utensils & wares to use kitchen: medium size frig & two burners with a regular coffee maker. It’s next to I-10 and a block away to Dennys. Reception was cordial.

Friendly staff and good atmosphere. The room and facilities were clean and felt pretty new. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary evening "snacks", which turned out to be an actually decent warm dinner with cocktails and even some fresh vegetables(!). Not your typical motel and great value for money.
