This was my first trip to the West Coast of Florida. My boyfriend and his family live in Tarpon Springs. The property was clean and conveniently located to travel to Tarpon Springs and Clearwater. All the amenities at the hotel were clean and satisfactory. The staff are friendly people and very accommodating to needs of guests.
This motel and marina is 2 minutes' walk from Clearwater Beach and 10 minutes' walk from the Clearwater Beach Aquarium. An outdoor pool and jet ski rentals are offered. Every room features free WiFi.

We're never disappointed here ... The place has a real individual feel about it amongst all the big international hotels. You're greeted as one of the family and treated as such during your stay. The rooms are very comfortable and are built around a small but perfectly adequate pool, and there's a deck out back where you can sit with your coffee and watch the sunrise. Added to that car parking is free. If you're looking for a few days of "Island life" with a real feel of old Florida... This is the place for you. The owner (Stacey) does everything she can to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one. Thanks Stacey... We will return.

What an absolute gem this place is. Really comfortable, not only great accommodation but the staff are so accommodating, welcoming and helpful. A scrupulously clean cosy place, easy access to the strip. Would definitely book again.

Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
It is a motel -- along a busy highway. It is not a resort destination, but was close to food and shopping and the location I needed. Staff was very friendly -- pool was warm and clean (even if it is next to the highway). Some garbage on grounds. Some person decided to park under a tree but NOT in parking place (rules don't apply, I guess). Found one cockroach -- but room was clean overall. A/C unit is very noisy but worked well.
Great location, would return again, it was a bit rundown but our recently remodeled room was fine. Only budget motel near downtown Tarpon Springs and was more than adequate.

There was no food, Didn’t look like a motel. Once we walked into our rooms it looked very cheap motel like..as if a junkie would live in this room. Was very upset but I couldn’t let that ruin my trip with my spouse. Inside and out needs to be clean and redone/retouch. Pool was the most horrific thing I ever saw.
The location was far better than the facilities. We had no hot water in our shower, an experience I’ve never had in the US. The room was run down, the ac had to be unplugged to stop. The bathroom had no fan, etc. The receptionist was behind plexiglass, despite being in an apparently good neighborhood. If renovated, the motel could recapture its retro charm, but for now it’s a dump.
There is nothing I like about this motel other than location. This is the worst motel I have been ever. So damp and I smell mold in the air. Even worse, the air conditioner was dirty and dusty, so I couldn’t use it.
This motel is modern,clean, and well maintained. The staff of the hotel are pleasant. The breakfast offers waffles and some simple items including coffee. The bed was comfortable.,
