This is our second time using KC Motel. Rooms are clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. We called ahead to ask for ground floor and they were able to arrange that. The room we had this time was tiny, but it was enough for our needs. We requested a late check out and we appreciated that it was granted. Probably depends on the day you need it, but they were quick to allow it for us. They were quick to respond to any questions we had also.
even though it was an older motel, it was very clean and comfortable. Gentlemen at front desk was very polite, friendly, and accommodating.  there was ample parking.
The location was perfect. The room was very clean and comfortable! This is a family run motel and Sabby was amazing. Would stay again when we are in the area!
Very common breakfast for a mom & pop motel. But we've stayed here several times and its always clean and comfortable and we will be back. They always try hard to make your stay comforatable.
WE LOVE staying at the KC Motel and we will continue to stay there on our trips up. It is a family-run business which we love supporting over the corporations, and is always clean and such a friendly staff!
Clean, very well kept rooms. They have obviously remodeled the rooms and made them very practical and nice. Even the wall outlets are placed easy to reach and have built in USB ports. The location is perfect, downtown and easy to reach pretty much anything you need. I’ll definitely stay at this family owned Motel again!
Everything about the motel was so clean and in good condition, which made my overnight stay very enjoyable. The family who lived there as owners (I think.) were so helpful and accommodating. I have only one suggestion to make is for a check of all amenities to make sure they are in good working order such as clocks, hairdryers, etc.
