    This really was a gem of a find on our holiday, lovely place with exceptional facilities. They have gone out of their way to turn this from a motel to a boutique style hotel and it works! the communal fire pits were a real treat to and a great way to meet people over an afternoon drink. The breakfast voucher at Bird on the Roof was a great touch too.

    The motel is in a perfect location. Our room had a nice view of the beach and was very clean. Beds were comfortable and the room had nice amenities (mini fridge, cook top, pots and pans, microwave, smart tv)

    The apartment is like a campus with many buildings around a general area which is directly on the beach. It has a free parking space and free complimentary breakfast with 6-7 options to choose from. The room was overall very clean - sheets, towels, bathroom cosmetics provided. Staff was neutral/friendly upon requesting extra blankets. The vibe of the restaurant was great.

    Our room war a typical motel room size. The place was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was totally gutted & freshly tiled. Plentiful towels. The daily maid service was exceptional. Usually at beach front motels the sand never leaves the floor...they cleaned every inch. The pool was beautiful and the whole pool area was calming and private. They supplied towels, pool noodles and comfortable lounge chairs. Beach side there was an outdoor shower & restroom along with beach chairs, umbrellas, & towels.

    Montauk Blue hotel is good value for the area. It may not seem like it because it still is expensive for a motel, but compared to other hotels in the area, the location is great, the rooms are clean and the beach service (chairs, umbrella, towels) is a really nice service.

    Thought the rooms would be blah because it was a motel but they were actually very modern/beach vibe. The doors should be sealed much better because the huge holes all around them let the AC out. Other than that it was fine

    Perfect location and size, right on the beach with exceptional staff and great food. A little pricey, but not for the area, and in fact much better value than some of the other ‘gentrified motels’ around Montauk.
