FALSE ADVERTISING… COMPLETELY DISTURBED TO STAY IN A MOTEL. THIS HOTEL DISPLAYS BEAUTIFUL ROOMS THEN PLACES YOU IN A BACK BUILT ON OUT DOOR MOTEL WITH NOISE FROM OTHER GUESTS FROM ALL SIDES AND NO CARE FROM STAFF… A COMPLETE DISASTER! THEN MY FAMILY WERE STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR WITH NO OPERATIVE CALL BUTTON.

We booked this motel for the free breakfast & pool and we were overcharged $50 I have to call and see why No free breakfast and pool wasn’t available the 1st two days of our stay We had to wait a entire night for extra pillows Employee that was doing Check in was not professional at all she was very fake nice and condescending
