There is a beach about 10 minutes drive away, A great place to have breakfeast is the Stuffed Pig, just down the road. Key West is an easy 1.5 hour drive away. The Motel is privatly run, so it is not a chain-hotel, but has its own charm and warmth. I would deffinetely go back!
